Mark Cutler - Managing Director
Mark is a chartered civil engineer and joined Morgan Est in February 2006. Mark previously held senior roles in Civil Engineering, Transport and Defence at Construction Services group Carillion. Mark graduated in 1990 and was awarded the ICE Civil Engineering Manager of the Year in 2001.
Jag Paddam - Managing Director - Infrastructure Projects
Jag has over 25 years of management expertise gained on heavy civil engineering projects in the marine, airport, power station, water and highways sectors. He joined Morgan Est in 2007 and was previously with transport and construction services provider Carillion, where he was the director responsible for the company’s roads projects business.
Mark Loader - Managing Director - Capital Projects
Andrew Crowder - Managing Director - Utility Services
Andrew joined Morgan Est in 2004 bringing with him over 20 years experience of working within the utilities business and has held senior positions within McAlpine, British Gas, DJ Ryan and Transco. Andrew is fundamental in the growth and success of the utilities business unit building long term partnerships.
Chris Hughes - Managing Director - Tunnelling Services
Chris has worked within tunnelling for over 30 years, working for Morgan Est and previously Miller Civil Engineering and Miller Buckley. He joined the company as a senior engineer in 1976, from Amec and has been a board member of Morgan Est since 2001. Chris is a graduate member of the ICE, and represents Morgan Est within the British Tunnelling Society.
John Ellis - Finance Director
John joined Morgan Est in June 2006, and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Formerly John was Group Finance Director of LDV Vans and before that, Finance Director at Alstom Power, Federal Mogul and BTR. In addition to the finance function, John is also responsible for the IT department, property and our Magnor Plant business.
Martyn Shepherd - Commercial Director
A chartered surveyor since 1988, Martyn has over 25 years experience within the construction industry, having previously held senior positions at Multiplex and Laing. He joined Morgan Est in January 2007 as Commercial Director and is responsible for building our long term partnerships with both clients and suppliers, as well as supply chain management, risk management and legal controls.
Hugh Porter - Strategy Director
Andrea Walton - Human Resources Director
Andrea is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development and joined Morgan Est in 2002, having previously worked within the retail and the building services industries. Andrea is responsible for employee relations, recruitment and development.
Mark Millington - Technical Services Director
Mark is a Chartered Civil Engineer and joined the Morgan Est Executive Management Team from Carillion Transport, in September 2006. Across Morgan Est, Mark is responsible for the Health, Safety, Environment and Quality functions, as well as Business Improvement and the Engineering function.
