The Opportunity:
Morgan Est is a strategic partner organisation working as a member of the South East Team on behalf of Dwr Cymru Welsh Water.
Morgan Est is responsible for the design and construction of a £130 million quality investment programme to resolve 164 unsatisfactory combined sewer overflows and key flooding issues in the South East area of Wales during Asset Management Programme (AMP4) during the period 2005-2010.
