The Opportunity:
Morgan Est Plc has entered into a 4 + 5 year contract with E-ON to provide a facility for the repair and maintenance of the existing electrical distribution network, the ability to complete domestic and commercial connections and resources capable of cable laying operations in the Stoke, Notts/Derby and Lincolnshire areas.
Performance and Quality Manager.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the duties will include:
• Delivery and maintenance of existing scorecard, including the production of monthly KPI’s
• Ensuring that the company targets are accurately translated into meaningful scorecard equivalents.
• Investigation and analysis of reported data, including the identification of anomalies to support improvements.
• Agreeing ownership of the metrics identified with the relevant functional and process owners.
• Collect and report all data required for the Business Unit KPI’s and scorecard, reporting on a period end basis in line with reporting deadlines, including sense checking the reported data and clarifying queries, “number crunching” and transforming the data into the agreed graphical formats.
• To produce accurate work information.
• Management of the NRSWA team.
• Management of Internal Contract Meetings and recording of minutes/ actions.
• Co-ordination of all Quality activities in line with the Company Management System and external accreditations (NERS, GIRS, WIRS).
• Management of Customer Service Team.
