From M6 (North or South)
- Leave motorway at Junction 1
- From island at top of slip road take A426 for Rugby
- Follow the dual carriageway for approximately 3 miles, and take the 1st exit at the roundabout immediately after Allen Ford dealership
- Pass the Avon Mill pub on left, under railway bridge and up hill passing police station also on left
- At next roundabout turn right (3rd exit) into Oliver Street
- Follow road to traffic lights and turn left into Lawford Road
- At next traffic lights turn left into Corporation Street
- After 500 metres turn left into West Leyes (see note below)
- Morgan Est House is office block on right hand side
From M1 (South)
- Leave motorway at Junction 18
- Follow A428 for Rugby through Hillmorton
- After 2 miles there is a roundabout, take the 2nd exit
- After a short distance pass though box junction & pedestrian lights, passing Rugby School on the left hand side
- The road turns sharp left and merges with one way system
- Merge into right hand lane and after taking right hand bend merge into middle lane
- After 500 metres merge into traffic coming in from left and take left hand lane
- At traffic lights carry straight on for 500 metres and turn left into West Leys (see note below)
- Morgan Est House is office Block on right hand side
From M1 (North)
- Leave motorway at Junction 20
- At roundabout at top of slip road turn right
- Turn left at next roundabout taking the A426 to Rugby
- Carry straight on over islands at Junctions with A5 and M6
- Follow instructions from M6 as above
Note: Due to parking restrictions at Morgan Est House and surrounding streets please park your vehicle in Westways car park off Corporation Street next to the Netto Supermarket approx 500 metres past Morgan Est House.
