Morgan Est runs a scheme whereby it gives employees at its sites a sum of £500 to donate to a charity of their choice if staff succeed in meeting health and safety targets, as laid out in the companys Safety Excellence Scheme. The latest site to succeed in meeting all its targets is based at Chew Stoke, Bristol where Morgan Est is working on a £1.5 million upgrade and quality improvement scheme as part of its framework for Wessex Water.

Andrew Moreby, site agent at Morgan Est, says staff chose to give the money to DSAAT because of the charitys invaluable work for the community. The Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance Trust does incredibly important work and helps to save many lives, says Andrew, We know the charity will put the money to good use.
