Brief Description
Successful delivery of the demanding AMP3 programme was one of the key factors in the selection of Morgan Est as one of two delivery partners for United Utilities on the AX4 Framework Contract.
The AX4 contract scope includes refurbishment, repair and maintenance, and new installation of United Utilities electricity, wastewater and clean water assets, over a five year period in the North West of England.
Through our continuous improvement methods and process re-engineering, we have delivered United Utilities’ targets of refurbishing 11km of clean water mains each week and reducing mains leakage turnaround to only two days.
